1. Plugin Licensing

RecoverExit and all addons or parts of the plugin, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.


2. Warranty

Plugins sold and distributed by Plasmatize Media LTD (trading as RecoverExit) are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not make any guarantees that our plugin’s will work, for example, in cases where 3rd party plugins may conflict with ours. We assume no responsibility for any data loss, damages or loss of income as a result of installing the RecoverExit plugin.

We may offer support to users that are experiencing issues with the plugin, but this is at our digression.


3. Support

Plasmatize Media LTD sells and distributes copies of its plugins on an “AS IS” basis and with no guarantee that they will function without issues.

Support is only available to premium users, who have a paid subscription that’s still valid and in-date (within 12 months of purchase).

Premium support may not be offered if:

  • Plasmatize Media LTD decides to stop developing this project.
  • Plasmatize Media LTD ceases trading.
  • The RecoverExit project is sold or transferred to another company.
  • WordPress or WooCommerce cease to be activly developed.


4. Renewals and Updates

Premium features and updates will be available for users that still have an activate and in-date subscription (within 12 months of purchase) / valid license key.

The latest plugin updates are available at WordPress.org and we urge users to keep up-to date with the latest version of the plugin.


5. Premium plugin access

Once payment has been made, you will be emailed a premium license key.

Premium plugin access is available to users with a valid license key, you can enter your license key manually by going to the “Help & License” page on the RecoverExit plugin (via wp-admin) and clicking “ENTER LICENSE”.


6. Ownership

All plugins are the property of Plasmatize Media LTD. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.

Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.


7. Website & Plugin Content

All content found on this site and throughout the plugin including images, documentation, support queries, and any other information is the property of Plasmatize Media LTD and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.


8. Price Changes

Plasmatize Media LTD reserves the right to modify, change, cancel a plugin subscription and/or license key without any prior notice or consent. The pricing of all products is subject to change without prior notice or consent.


9. Refund Policy

We understand that from time to time there may be issues with our plugin, for this reason we operate a 30-day money back guarantee.

You can claim a refund by getting in touch via email ([email protected]) or the contact page

Refunds can be issued for the following reasons:

  • You are not 100% happy with your purchase within 30 days of purchase.
  • You are having issues with the plugin and its functionality.
  • You have tried to resolve an issue with help from support team with no success.


10. Emails and Marketing

We may get in touch from time to time regarding product updates and new software released by Plasmatize Media LTD.

We will NEVER share your details with any 3rd party companies and respect your privacy.


11. License Agreement

By making a purchase on this website, you must first agree to the above terms and conditions of this page. We hold the right to change these terms and conditions at any given time, it is your responsibility to keep up-to date with the changes of this terms and conditions document.


12. Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
